- Select the product or item that you wish to return or exchange
- Fill in the required information as asked and begin the process of return or exchange
For Return: Important Points To Remember
- Returns and/or exchange request has to be filed within 15 days of the delivery of the order.
- 25% deduction will be made on all return items or products.
- If it is realised after tests that the product has been as used, no credit will be offered. Thus, it is highly recommended to the buyer, that before returning make sure the returning product is in a good form as when delivered.
- In case, the customer receives a damaged or defective product from our side, he/she will be expected to notify the company (Lavish Events & Designs) within 24 hours delivery of the order.
- Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Product(s) returned should be intact with original packaging and tags in place.
Lavish Events & Designs supports and provides seamless return and exchange process. But to keep it easy and more reliable throughout and for our future customers as well, we follow certain procedures, under which we put restrain on accepting certain product categories. These products do not fall under the "No Return/Exchange" process. Kindly check the list:

- Reverse pick up from delivered address: In this case, we are offering our reverse pick to only selected locations. These locations fall under the service network of our courier partners.
- Self-ship: In case, reverse pick up is not offered in your area, you can also choose for self-shipping in order to ship the product to our Returns Department.

Lavish Events & Designs follow certain ways for refund options:
- Cash refund via bank transfer: where the order amount will be transferred into the holders/customer’s account. This procedure applies to all COD orders.
- If it is an online payment, then complete refund will be done to the same account, through which the customer has made its payment.
