If the seller is made any order on advanced Friday afternoon to Sunday, the process will stand till the next consequent business day or hour.
When the user places an order, an automated email generates and sent to the user, regarding the purchasing and order details. Confirmation of the customer’s order typically takes within 24 hours from the time of placement of order. If the user or customer does not get any approval or confirmation mail till the time mentioned, the customer is suggested to email and/or call us at Lavish Events & Designs.
We do not guarantee the availability of every product. Item availability is a matter of stock availability and other internal matter; the user otherwise will be notified when the product becomes available for sale again.
Out of Stock Products:
Our team will try their best to notify if the product gets unavailable after any placement of order of the same unavailable product. We have an exhaustive in-house storage unit but sometimes due to bulk order, product(s)’ advanced order gets delayed or exceeds the on-hand supply. We strive to ensure product availability at all times. We intend to notify you directly if the product is currently unavailable.
We at Lavish Events & Designs know the utmost importance of receiving an ordered product in one piece with quality as mentioned and desired and also on time. To ensure the same, we employ a reputed and large network of couriers to deliver your products at your doorstep.
- Depending upon the area of delivery or your location, the product will be delivered to you within 5 workings days after it has been released or dispatched from the warehouse. If it takes more than the usual 5 business days, there could be undeniable reasons behind it such as non-availability of the product.
- Free shipping of products is available when fulfilled the minimum order value.
- In case of partial cancellation from the side of buyer or customer and if the total cart value goes below the free shipping amount, Lavish Events & Designs holds the right to recover the shipping charges (as calculated).
- If the buyer or customer cancels the whole order or lost while being in transit by us, the order amount including delivery charges (if any) will be refunded.
Shipping Policy When Delivering At The Location
If the order is cancelled, un-delivered or lost to your preferred location, we will refund the exact order amount including any shipping charges. The customer should have used online payment process to get complete refund.
If you return a product delivered to you due to some concerned issues, order shipping charges will not be refunded in this case. However if you self-ship your order, our team will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Lavish Events & Designs’ Returns Policy.
